Our Risk Management Fundamentals Course is our core 1 day training course aimed at anyone in the organisation tasked with risk and control management. The course focuses on operational and IT risk management and includes the following modules:
Module 1: Concepts and Methodology - including an overview of the risk management process, concepts, risk management standards for operational and IT risk, and compliance with laws and regulations;
Module 2: Risk Identification, Analysis, and Treatment - ; including techniques for risk identification, concepts used in qualitative analysis, prioritising risks, and an overview of the different types of risk treatment;
Module 3: Controls - ; including control assessments, and
Module 4: Soft skills - ; including a look at the barriers to effective risk management in the organisation.

Our training courses can also be customised for your specific needs and according to your requirements. Because we understand the time constraints you may face, the Fundamentals course can be broken down further and can be offered on a modular basis.
